Public parking, GOOD service. Comfortable bed, a nice size room with climate control, a dining area and a sitting area. Outstanding food, more than adequate and gluten free breakfast. Location not far from the Mosaic making factories, the famous leather making place of Fes and secret doors that leads to different stories of the Medina as well as an alley off the main street inside of the medina and close to the main gate.

Romantic room and staff is always welcoming and incredible.
The breakfast was more than adequate and traditional, we really enjoyed a wide array of meals.

I have to say, I got great value for my money at this place. The room was spacious, cool, and had a high ceiling - just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The location was awesome, right in the heart of the marketplace, and the staff treated us like family. They arranged our airport transfer and even helped us with non-hotel related stuff like waking us up and ensuring we got safely to the train station.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be a wider variety of options.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in the heart of the old area, it is conveniently close to all main tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that basic amenities are provided and that the rooms on the upper floors are beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan furnishings. One standout feature is the rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and where breakfast can be served, including delicious eggs.
All in all, this hotel left us with no complaints.

The hotel is right in the centre of the medina, which sould be a bit weird for some, but very convenient. The rooms are big and very traditional. The man at the reception when we first arrived was very nice and explained everything to us and the night receptionist was a very sweet and nice man. We had our dinner at the restaurant Fassi in the centre that they suggested, and the food was very good. The view from the terrace is really good. The breakfast very nice and also traditional. Would definitely recommend it!
Not much wrong with it. The beds are a bit hard and there are loads of steps to get to the room, but that's something usual for riads i guess. Also, be prepared to get a sudden awakening in the middle of the night as it is prayer time for the people there, and the mosquee is right next to the hotel, so you can hear the whole ritual straight through the windows. People say it's dump and stuff, but i don't think you could get anything better in a riad right in the middle of the medina.

The view from the rooftop was stunning for an initial orientation and great for relaxing after a busy day. Breakfast offered a generous Moroccan style serving. The location was conveniently located near the main pedestrian walkway, making it easier to navigate throughout the city.
The rooms were not what was expected and lacked air conditioning. The heating in our room was not consistent and left us feeling cold, especially in the bathroom.

Before travelling we had read online that it is a must to stay in a Riad in Morocco instead of a hotel. We were very pleased, especially with Riad Hala. Because most of them have no more than 5 to 8 rooms, you get a lot of personal care. The owner and staff at Riad Hala is very professional, attentive and friendly. We were quite pleased with the meals at Riad Hala. They have an excellent cook and the presentation of the dining area and meals were excellent. We would recommend anyone to stay there.

the staff was very friendly. The location is very good, near to the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud) and in the Medina.
our bathroom had a door of only 1.60 m high. This was a bit inconvenient. The mosq close to the Riad starts at 4.30 am so expect a early wake-up.

Amazing riad, beautiful terrace, the breakfast was diversified, good location, attentive staff, even a little pricier for Morocco, still worth the money, the riad's decorations are really pure art.
